Senior College Preparation at WHS

College application season is in full swing at Winchester High School and seniors are definitely feeling the pressure. Balancing standardized test prep, work, extracurriculars, and studying weighs on Winchester seniors, amounting to quite the workload."I feel like I'm always doing something," says senior Salena Wang. "Between my AP classes, work, and college essays, I barely have time to breathe." Salena describes how the pressure to keep good grades while creating great applications sometimes feels overwhelming. "It's hard to enjoy your senior year when it feels like everything depends on the next few months. You want to be excited about your last year, but it's hard when you're constantly thinking about college."
